Happy Summer!
Michele and our massage therapists—Berenice, Shelly, and Melissa—are wishing you a happy, healthy summer.
Summer gives us so many reasons to get moving, from gardening and traveling to sports and outdoor adventures. All that extra activity can also leave your body feeling tight, tired, or in need of a little more care.

At Balance Mind and Body Massage, we’re here to help you move more comfortably, recover well, and make time to recharge. Our therapists combine attentive listening with skilled, personalized bodywork in a clean, peaceful studio designed to help you feel at ease from the moment you arrive.
We’ve also been growing! We’re excited to welcome Melissa Lopez Cintron to our team. Her experience in sports massage and deep-tissue therapy expands the specialized care we can offer clients, including young athletes working to stay comfortable and recover from the demands of training and competition.
Whether you’re navigating pregnancy or postpartum recovery, supporting a young athlete, managing persistent muscle tension, or simply feeling the effects of a busy summer, we’ll tailor your session to what your body needs.

More from our Blog ✏︎
Young athletes ask a great deal of their bodies. While rest and proper medical care are essential when an injury occurs, regular massage therapy can also become part of a young athlete’s overall wellness and recovery routine.
It's one of the questions we hear more and more often. For many clients, the answer is YES! We've successfully processed HSA cards for massage therapy, and many people are surprised to learn they may already have funds available to help cover the cost of their care.
